Challenge: Union Leasing recognized that its website was outdated. Analytics revealed that most visitors left the site without spending significant time on any page. Additionally, the team felt that if they were redesigning the website, it would also be a good opportunity to refresh the entire brand.
Result: After the redesign, the website's analytics showed a 135% increase in relevant traffic from organic search results, and bounce rates decreased by 17%. Additionally, the number of qualified leads doubled, leading to several new business opportunities and increased corporate revenue. Employees felt excited and reinvigorated by the refreshed brand and new environmental graphics.
How: Developed a new website strategy based on insights gleaned from Google Analytics and customer surveys. Collaborated with business leaders and the sales team to develop a content strategy that highlighted Union's strengths and key differentiators. Implemented content marketing strategies to expand the customer database and improve the potential for revenue growth.
Continuing the strategy of focusing on trust, reliability, and expertise, coupled with the engaging imagery, developed environmental graphics, corporate identity materials, trade show and event materials, emails, blogs, and other collateral.
