With a website design leading the charge for a reinvigorated brand, used GA data and customer surveys to develop a new website strategy. Collaborated with business leaders to plan the content strategy. Designed the website to showcase Union’s strengths and key differentiators. Implemented content marketing strategies to build the customer database. After the launch, analytics data revealed a 135% increase in relevant traffic through organic search results and bounce rates dropping 17%. Additionally, qualified lead generation doubled, which led to several new business opportunities.
Capitalizing on the look and tone of the site, reinforced the brand through trade show materials, emails, blogs, and collateral materials. Ensured all materials reinforced the dynamic new brand.
