Long-Form Copy Design

As the sole designer for the North American team (Canada, Mexico, and the US), partnered with department heads, tech consultants and VPs of business development to produce long-form promotional materials. Thought leadership project facets included blogs, whitepapers, LinkedIn assets, SEO imagery, Insights page images, and “download email” images.

SAFe Whitepaper Design

Collaborating with the German team, designed a 23-page white paper and all digital assets – LinkedIn ad and sharing image, Whitepapers page promo image, and imagery contained within download emails. Also responsible for uploading all materials onto Valtech.com\Insights.

Employee Handbook Design

Designed a 79-page document that followed brand standards and the established look, while being editable for the HR department - which only uses Microsoft Word. Working closely with HR managers, creatively solved design challenges to keep the design intact, while ensuring that text, charts, and instructional screengrabs (for things like time-sheet entry or vacation requests) could be easily replaced as they evolve over time.

Disruption Blog and Whitepaper Design

Working closely with the VP of Transformation and Customer Experience Strategist, designed a 20+ page document to promote Valtech’s services and related blog. Assisted in copy-editing, recreated all charts, and ensured all iconography fit the visual standard. Also designed all elements needed to upload to Valtech.com/Insights including promotional asset imagery.
